How? During a regression session I will put you under a light hypnosis. By that you will come in contact with your subconscious and become more detached from your own ego. As you listen to my voice you will sink deeper into calmness and relaxation and your mind will open up.

When you're relaxed enough and your mind more blank than ever you will, under my careful guidance, be able to take in the new impressions. I will ask you questions, and being in the state you are in the answers mostly come very spontaneous - they are memories, after all.

Every person react differently to such an experience, but it's often quite emotional. Some people laugh, some people cry, others just feel completely at easy. Every reaction is natural - the subconscious is a strong and wonderful thing.

The session is via Skype, with or without webcam. That's the client's choice.

 

How long will it take? It depends on how far you wish to go! If you're just curious it might take somewhere between 60-75 minutes, if you have any special requests (for example; you want help with recurring nightmares) it will take a bit longer. It's basically up to each client.
